Two Rental Programs to Choose From

RENT WITH OPTION TO PURCHASE

Receive 10% credit of all rents paid up to 12 months if you decide to purchase the home. Two year lease required. This credit toward purchase can be used for closing costs or be applied against down payment or used to reduce the house price. This credit goes to 15% if the Renter chooses to purchase a new home through the builder.

Rental requirements:
  • Pets will be considered on a case by case basis - with additional deposit
  • References both personal and business
  • List of all residents last 10 years
  • Completed Rental Application
  • Credit report is required
  • $65.00 Application fee
  • One month Deposit required
  • Two year lease minimum
  • Renter is responsible for all lawn care except as listed
